The Position:
Reporting to the Corporate Counsel, the Business Affairs Manager will be responsible, in part, for contract review and managing contract process workflow for designated regional teams from agreement origination through statutory compliance, as well as assisting with corporate compliance filings and registrations required by fundraising counsel regulations.

The Position:
Reporting to the Corporate Counsel, the Business Affairs Manager will be responsible, in part, for contract review and managing contract process workflow for designated regional teams from agreement origination through statutory compliance, as well as assisting with corporate compliance filings and registrations required by fundraising counsel regulations.
Projects may include:
- Working in close collaboration and partnership with each of the ops leads and selling executives in the region to fully understand each team’s existing contracts process and ultimately develop a centralized process that is streamlined, efficient, and customer-service focused.
- Assisting in contract review of commonly requested client edits.
- Running reports, gathering data, and communicating with CCS’s third-party fundraising counsel compliance specialist.
- Providing assistance with various business affairs tasks for the regional teams as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in contract review or management or interest and excitement in furthering contract review and management skills
- Ability to follow procedures and set processes for greater efficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
