Note: The pay rate for this job is $31 - $32 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Work Week Hours: M-F, 5am-1:30pm.
• In the Commercial Building you will help adjust cabinets and doors.
• Perform light electrical, light plumbing, patching, and spackling of drywall.
• Complete some minor carpentry and construction as well as hardware installation.
• Follow safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years or more of building maintenance experience.
• Recent construction/commercial building maintenance experience.
• Have tools of the trade and the ability to bring them to job sites.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• References to verify your professional skills and building maintenance experience.
• Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, and to bend, kneel, or reach.
