Garver is seeking to hire a Branding Manager to join our Strategic Growth Team. This position collaborates with various teams in Garver’s Transportation and Field Service business lines, oversees internal and external communication, promotes business line and staff successes, and provides administrative support to the Strategic Growth team.

The ideal candidate for the Branding Manager role at Garver will be a creative communicator who excels in a collaborative environment. They will possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively work with various teams and tailor messages for diverse audiences. This individual will be proactive in identifying trends and translating insights into impactful

communication strategies, while also being adaptable to changing priorities. Proficiency in relevant software and experience in event organization are crucial, with a preference for those who have a background in the AEC industry.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Transportation and Field Service Business Line’s point of contact for the Garver Corporate Communications Team
  • Establish relationships with the planning groups within the business lines and develop plans that most effectively meet their promotional needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the business line’s visibility and reputation
  • Oversee internal and external communication, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity
  • Monitor client-related news and report it to respective teams
  • Coordinate participation, materials, and sponsorship of conferences, events, and tradeshows
  • Promote communication of the business line’s wins, innovations, and achievements
  • Coordinate webinars for internal and external clients to showcase Garver subject-matter experts in a variety of transportation-related topics
  • Track and develop industry award submissions and nominations
  • Manage involvement in national industry organizations and associations
  • Provide administrative support to the Strategic Growth team


Required Skills:

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in organizing and sponsoring events and managing the many details it takes to execute them.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable communication strategies.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant communication tools.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the AEC industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
