Brand Sales Assistant

Moxie Management is seeking a tenacious Brand Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team!

We are a rapidly growing sales firm in the Worcester area that works alongside prominent clients in the telecommunications industry. Our goal is to connect customers to our clients' efficient and reliable networks, offering hassle-free and top-tier service. As we continue to represent tech giants and expand our footprint throughout Worcester, we are thrilled to add a new Brand Sales Assistant to our team.

The Role:

The Brand Sales Assistant works directly with our clients’ local customer base to create brand awareness and identify products or services that meet their needs. The role of the Brand Sales Assistant is to display the highest level of professionalism when answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and recommending products or services to customers. For this reason, we are seeking Brand Sales Assistants who are driven, personable and committed to delivering top-tier customer service.

Brand Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a given territory to educate them on the telecommunications products and services offered by our clients
• Establish and maintain relationships with consumers to encourage repeat business, create brand awareness, and drive sales
• Keep up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technologies to provide accurate information to customers
• Inform customers of ongoing promotions, bundled packages and promotions, and special deals
• Confidently address and resolve customer objections and concerns, demonstrating product value and tailoring solutions to customer needs to close sales effectively
• Present ideas to the Brand Sales Assistant team for product improvements or new sales tactics based on customer interactions and market trends
  
  

Brand Sales Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in marketing, branding, sales or a related field is ideal but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical information
• Driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and telling a brand story
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
