Position Overview:
As the Brand Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing Campus's brand and mission to the online community. We are seeking someone with strong national brand marketing experience to join our growing team in New York City. In this role, you’ll help improve our brand marketing and content strategy.
What you’ll do:
Ensure Campus brand standards (content, visuals, values) are consistently represented across marketing efforts and throughout the overall organization.
Translate Campus brand standards for messaging, tone and personality into copy and content guidelines to support the development of advertising, social media content, website content etc
Lead the creation of marketing content and assets (social media posts, videos, blog articles, emails, etc) by developing content/advertising briefs, writing copy, editing copy, managing content production efforts.
Partner with internal teams (admissions, student support, HR) to imbue Campus branding and values across the organization.
About you:
Bachelor’s strongly preferred
Minimum 3-4 years of post graduate experience in a brand marketing or content creation role
Experience with national consumer brand(s). No specific industry experience required
Superior copywriting and copy editing skills; these will be in use on a daily basis
Creative production ability. You’ll need to create effective briefs, know how to provide useful, value-add feedback, and simply you have to know how to produce excellent creative work
Exceptional project management skills, you’ll need to be highly organized and detail oriented to succeed in this role.
Experience leading the creation of multiple marketing campaigns/channels
Experience creating brand content for social media channels highly valuables
Experience with GoogleSuite, Adobe Suite, and Canva is preferred
Location: Hybrid in NYC | Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in our Tribeca office from 10 am to 7 pm EST daily
