Position Overview:

As the Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence and drive customer engagement. With a focus on creativity and innovation, you will lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development:
    • Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and target audience
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify brand opportunities and consumer insights
  • Marketing Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with brand messaging
  • Brand Messaging and Positioning:
    • Define and refine brand messaging and positioning to resonate with target audiences
    • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints
  • Product Launches and Promotions:
    • Lead product launch strategies and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and sales
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI
  • Creative Content Development:
    • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including advertising materials, digital content, and promotional assets
    • Ensure content reflects brand values and resonates with target audiences
  • Brand Partnerships and Collaborations:
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach
    • Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize mutual benefits and brand exposure
  • Customer Engagement and Loyalty Programs:
    • Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs to drive repeat business and customer retention
    • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on brand strategy and positioning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
