We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our Client's team for a fully remote contract opportunity. The incumbent will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the credibility of our brand across multiple channels. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand throughout the organization, managing a year-long content calendar, and providing guidance to a team of brand marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for promotional campaigns and marketing content across multiple channels (web, media, digital, etc.) to enhance credibility of the brand
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Advisory, Inbound, and Internal Comms Teams, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaigns to integrate the brand throughout the organization.
Plan content strategy development (roadmap) to guide themes of positioning/promotion and manage a year-long content calendar
Provide project management oversight and guidance to a team of brand marketing professionals, to ensure they remain focused on goals and objectives. Mentor junior Brand team members, helping to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence and guiding their professional development and growth.
Oversee the creation of brand assets, including digital and print materials, and understand the budget to maximize key resources and vendors to achieve project deliverables
Develop content and positioning to reflect the brand to help tell impactful stories
Requirements:
3-5 years proven working experience as a Brand Manager or positions relative to brand
STRONG project management skills
Must be able to run multiple projects at once
PM tool: Adobe Workfront
Writing experience – email, banners for social, national brand advertising
Develop distinctive strategies to achieve desired results; translate strategies into clear goals and objectives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
