Job Title: Brand Manager

Report to: VP of Brand

Location: United States, Remote (East Coast Hours preferred)


Overview of Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven brand marketer who excels in partner relations to join our team at Pens.com, Reporting into the VP of Creative & Brand and partnering with the CMO, this role will be instrumental in shaping and promoting the Pens.com brand, working on projects such as developing a comprehensive brand book, leading brand marketing campaigns, and overseeing the implementation of brand guidelines on a global scale. Your strong business insight will enable you to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to align on brand strategy and manage all facets of project execution. The ideal candidate can operate independently, meet deadlines consistently, and demonstrate a proven ability to persuade and influence, with a strong track record of delivering results.



Responsibilities:

Take ownership of foundational brand elements, including brand architecture, brand book, and brand voice for our business.

Collaborate with marketing stakeholders within the organization to promote and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Work with the research team to create and maintain a tracking system for brand health metrics, and lead comprehensive reviews to refine brand strategy.

Oversee the strategy of brand campaigns from inception to launch, encompassing insight identification, creative briefing, development, and execution.

Manage the annual planning of brand campaigns.

Ensure brand message consistency across product and lifecycle marketing teams.

Manage relationships with external partners, including strategy, creative, and media agencies.

Enhance public perception of Pens.com as a trustworthy leader in promotional products by leading integrated project plans with clear and measurable success criteria across various initiatives and regions.

Engage closely with design, program, and product teams, to drive initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities for brand growth and confidence.




Required knowledge/skills/abilities:

  • MBA or equivalent
  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience, beyond internships
  • Proven experience in developing, executing, and scaling multi-functional marketing programs.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
