Responsibilities
Videography & Photography
Assist with photo shoots alongside of the Marketing Content Associate to ensure desired outcomes are delivered.
General video footage editing and development for resources utilized internally by all departments (training, ops, FranDev & marketing)
Provide direction on sourcing, casting and scheduling of talent for photo shoots, Reels and outsourced video productions.
Produce annual national campaign shoots to deliver required assets for National and Hyper local use.
Support and produce assets to support Retails deliverable on seasonal, holiday and challenge gear. In addition, refresh assets as needed for Human Nutrition.
Reporting on associated analytics to drive performance and make necessary adjustments
Podcast
Production/Recording of brand podcasts and future content
Editing and delivery of podcasts across all channels (Spotify/iTunes/Libsyn) to grow the subscriber base (working with Marketing Content Associate as necessary to deliver)
Reporting on associated analytics to drive performance and make necessary adjustments
Social Media Video Content
Reels - Development/filming/editing/scheduling/posting of small videos/multiple series
Video development for social media to capture content that aligns with marketing themes
Continually provide fresh video content to Social Media Manager for use on Instagram & Facebook
Assist with development of social media content plan alongside Social Media Manager
Manage shooting and posting brand associated Facebook Lives
Reporting on associated analytics to drive performance and make necessary adjustments
Experience
Minimum of 2-4 years professional experience
Experience in photography, video and audio (both capturing and editing)
Project management skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deliver objectively against project goals
Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8 & Apple OS software and operating systems
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, After Effects), Premier Pro
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or combination of education/formal training and applicable work experience
Passion for fitness, people and brand development.
