Goal:


Summit Human Capital’s goal is to create brand loyalty by showcasing the benefits we offer to our clients and associates. We seek to enhance and maintain our brand through social media, video content, and outreach within and beyond the company’s community.


SHC is looking for a Brand Community Manager to redirect our marketing strategy. We are migrating our focus (market dominating position) from not only capturing the culture at Summit Human Capital, but how we provide value to our clients. We not only change our career seekers’ lives; we change our clients’ lives as well. We firmly believe that we must educate the world on why our mission matters to our entire audience (associates & customers) through our dynamic brand.

Responsibilities:


  • Customer acquisition focus:
  • Capture client and/or prospect events and highlight through photo and video
  • Create posts about clients/prospects who participate in our podcast
  • Video content creation for ELT to show our value proposition
  • Capture and recognize events SHC sponsors or engagements
  • Content creation using SHC’s market dominating position (MDP)
  • Educating our clients and career seekers on why our mission matters, and how we can best serve them through our content
  • Work with C-suite to perform outreach work to different local/national platforms to promote our brand and mission (i.e Ted Talks, local/national news, etc.) via elevated PR efforts
  • Internal/external & talent acquisition focus:
  • Capture internal events and highlight who/where/what/when/why via short video or photo
  • Recognize federal holidays/days of importance while connecting such holidays to our brand
  • Outreach to internal and external associates to create video testimonials
  • Recognize important promotions within SHC
  • Recognize new internal hires within SHC
  • Recognize significant milestones or events with ALL SHC associates (internal and external)
  • Recognize philanthropy activities, team building, goal celebrations through video and photo
  • Educate the company’s community on how to effectively comment and share SHC’s content
  • Deliver effectiveness & data-driven decisions:
  • Google & LinkedIn analytics
  • Others as needed


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience overseeing social media
  • At least 2 years’ experience in photography editing
  • At least 2 years’ experience in videography and video editing
  • At least 1 year of experience in ad creation
  • At least two years’ experience in Google and LinkedIn Analytics
