The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall administration of one to two branches, ensuring optimal operational performance, providing an exceptional customer experience, and building and retaining customer relationships.
This position will require some travel for training purposes.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the scheduling and development of branch staff, including training, coaching and delivering performance evaluations.
Maintains strong knowledge of bank products and services
Meets with customers to open deposit accounts, originate installment loans, and deepen customer relationships by recommending products and services and generating referrals
Proactively identifies process improvement opportunities, and recommends changes to management to increase efficiency and provide an exceptional customer experience
Ensures the effective implementation of bank initiatives and programs across the branch, and sets direction for staff by providing relevant information and establishing goals
Conduct behaviors to meet with potential customers such as proactive outbound calling to generate additional business
Backs up branch employees as needed
Performs other projects and initiatives, as requested, contributing to the continued improvement of overall company performance
Adheres to Range Bank policies and procedures
Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness
Minimum Requirements
College degree in a related field or two years’ banking experience
2 years leadership experience including the ability to motivate others, and supervise, train and mentor employees
Proficient computer skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Exceptional organization and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business related degree
