Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Payroll Person. This position will be responsible for managing office operations, handling bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software and payroll systems. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Manage office budget and expenses.
  • Bookkeeping:
  • Maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Prepare and process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
  • Calculate and record payroll deductions and withholdings.
  • Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.


Proven experience in an office management, bookkeeping, and payroll processing role.

Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and payroll systems .

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
