Expectations And Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Previous bookkeeping experience in a multi-client setting.
Comfortable adapting to new applications and technologies.
Punctuality and availability during Pacific time zone business hours (8:00AM to 5:00PM).
Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to company policies.
Compensation
Compensation is performance-based and competitive within the industry.
Positions start as Part-Time with potential for Full-Time after the assessment period.
Pay ranges:
Account Assistant I: $16/hr - $22/hr
Account Assistant II: $22/hr - $26/hr
Bookkeeper I: $20/hr - $26/hr
Bookkeeper II: $26/hr - $30/hr
