The First 30 Days (A crucial month of integration, growth, and learning):

  • Orientation: Get introduced to our organizational culture, values, policies, administrative tasks, and our mission!
  • Learn and Grow Culture: It is one of our core values. We expect you to be actively learning your new role and receive comprehensive support to help you integrate into the team.
  • Training Sessions: Develop and practice skills using tools, software, and evidence-based practices.
  • Case Reviews: Participate in overviews, discussions, and receive clinical coaching on current clients and interventions.
  • Team Integration: Introduce yourself and regularly check-in with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Shadowing & Observation: Observe client sessions and senior BCBAs to gain practical insights.
  • Feedback & Evaluation: Attend initial feedback sessions with supervisors to discuss integration and performance.
  • Resource Familiarization: Access materials, research, and in-house tools to enhance your knowledge.
  • Center Culture: Receive a warm welcome from a collaborative team and immerse yourself in a culture driven by our mission.
  • Client Interaction: Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, offer family guidance, and develop intervention plans.

Requirements

We are seeking skilled professionals, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, with expertise in the following areas:

  • Performing comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyses.
  • Developing intervention plans based on evidence and tailored to specific needs.
  • Adhering to the high professional and ethical standards set by the BACB.
  • Supervising and providing guidance to team members to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Collaborating effectively with a diverse group to maintain consistent interventions across different settings.

Requirements for this position include a master's degree or higher in a relevant field and a current BCBA certification from the BACB.
