Feedback & Evaluation: Attend initial feedback sessions with supervisors to discuss integration and performance.

Client Interaction: Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, offer family guidance, and develop intervention plans.
Requirements
We are seeking skilled professionals, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, with expertise in the following areas:
Performing comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyses.
Developing intervention plans based on evidence and tailored to specific needs.
Adhering to the high professional and ethical standards set by the BACB.
Supervising and providing guidance to team members to ensure exceptional performance.
Collaborating effectively with a diverse group to maintain consistent interventions across different settings.
Requirements for this position include a master's degree or higher in a relevant field and a current BCBA certification from the BACB.
