Lockheed Martin Sikorsky Army and Air Force Systems (AAFS) is currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive professional to serve as the Business Performance and Control Account Manager for the BLACK HAWK Research and Development (BH R&D) portfolio. This includes managing critical business functions of the Earned Value (EV) business rhythm, Risk and Opportunity (R&O), cyber security, Work Force Analytics (WFA), and Contractor Performance Assessment and Reporting System (CPARS). The BH R&D Business Performance and Control Account Manager will be responsible for managing Dx initiatives and coordinating internal and external program level reviews. Further, the successful candidate will support the BH R&D Associate Program Managers through maintaining Control Account data and Performance Measurements Manager (PMM )reporting.
The successful candidate will report directly to the BH R&D Program Manager.
