About the role

The Billing Specialist at Paubox will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing process for our new and existing customers. This role will prepare invoices, process incoming payments, accounts receivables, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide answers to customer billing questions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role is a US-based remote position.

Your day-to-day

• Process incoming customer payments
• Manage and track customer renewals
• Collections on overdue accounts 
• Answer client inquiries in regards their account
• Interface internally with other departments regarding account related questions 
• Manage/record contract updates (e.g. expansion, cancellations)

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3 years experience as a billing specialist or similar role 
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or other related field
• Very detailed oriented and a passion for numbers
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Excellent communication skills

Salary data for this role

• Annual Base Salary - $60,000
• Annual Bonus Potential- $20,000
