We are working with a large and stable company located in Boston, MA who is actively seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. We are open to recent graduates with a degree in accounting, finance, or related field. We are also open to 1+ years of billing experience.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Adding and updating customer information in Sage Intacct
  • Review billing documents for accuracy
  • Assisting with any billing requests/issues


Qualifications

  • 0-1+ years of billing experience
  • Experience with Sage Intacct nice to have
  • BS in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston


Compensation Package: Up to $50,000 depending on experience
