Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to gather necessary data for accurate invoice preparation and address billing discrepancies promptly.
Contribute to the enhancement of policies and systems that streamline our premium billing operations.
Educate customers on online billing options and facilitate payment processes.
Monitor outstanding balances and take proactive steps to ensure timely payments.
Prepare invoices and reconcile billing activities with accounts receivable.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
1+ years of experience in billing/claims and charge entry.
Proficiency in Windows PC applications and ability to learn new software systems.
Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX, 3 days per week within business hours (8:00am - 4:30pm CST).
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience in office, administrative, or customer service roles.
Familiarity with EPIC software.
Telecommuting Requirements
Must reside within commuting distance of Texas.
Maintain security of company-sensitive documents.
Dedicated work area ensuring privacy and conducive to professional communication.
