*AR/BILLING MANAGER - This role is responsible for managing the billing, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes. This role involves replacing a long-serving manager and transitioning responsibilities with their guidance. The successful candidate will work with the Controller to upgrade the current AR/Billing system to cater to the organization's expanding client base and growing complexities. Further opportunities include restructuring the group's duties to efficiently manage an increasing workload. Duties include: supervising monthly/quarterly billing cycles, monitoring and collecting aged accounts receivable, calculating performance fees, assisting in creating fee structures, and handling all operational issues related to billing.
Bachelor’s Degree required
8+ years’ experience in asset management or financial services accounting/operations
Must have supervisory experience
Basic accounting knowledge and ability to understand impact on financial statements
Knowledge of Revport and Workday is a plus!
