We are looking to grow our team with an individual who can oversee our billing team. This person acts as the point of contact for all on the billing team and will assist them to complete their tasks, while maintaining their own customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a fun work environment leading a team to success.
• Training new administrative team members as they are onboarded.
• Ensure team tasks are being completed in a timely manner (invoices being sent to customers, driver payroll calculated on time, reconciling outside hauler invoices, etc.)
• Work with leadership to develop and implement processes and procedures in relation to the billing team.
• Communicate with customers when issues arise and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate biller.
• Ensure open communication between the applicable departments such as accounting, sales, operations, etc.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of more than 10 employees. Looking for a true leader to drive the team to success. Minium 5 years’ experience in a Billing/Accounts Receivable management position.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience working in a high volume billing environment ans proficiency with Cash applications, Accounts Receivable and Billing are essential.
• Experience in construction/transportation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access required.
