Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Title: Billing Coordinator

Type: Contract

Location: Chicago, IL

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all information is captured on the order forms for accurate process of billing.
  • Correct/resolve any discrepancies.
  • Consolidate orders, approvals and proof of delivery files for Compliance review.
  • Ensure billing documents are submitted to Compliance in a timely manner, per the monthly billing calendar.
  • Maintain accurate and easily accessible work files
  • Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with confidential data

Requirements

  • Strong communication and administration skills are essential.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and Adobe Acrobat PDF Creator and Combine Files functions.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to maintain positive, professional demeanor at all times.
  • 1-3 yrs. customer service experience, preferred.
  • Salesforce experience, a plus.

Other

  • Maintain a positive approach towards all projects, including those outside typical job responsibilities.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor towards management, co-workers and other employees, at all times.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Any miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.

Education/ Work Experience

  • Associates or higher degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Business or related field of study, preferred.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
