Position Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Part-Time Billing and Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will handle billing processes, data entry tasks, and ensure accurate and timely entry of information. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining the financial and administrative efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage billing and invoicing for clients and vendors.
Enter and update accurate data into our system.
Handle data entry into Excel for various billing processes.
Manage data entry into our billing system for services such as OT, PT, Speech, and Behavior.
Perform some data entry into QBO for invoicing providers and clients.
Verify and reconcile discrepancies in billing and data entries.
Maintain organized records of all billing and data entry activities.
Assist in generating reports and summaries for management review.
Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or accounting are a plus.
Proven experience as a billing clerk or data entry clerk.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and billing software.
Experience With TMHP And QBO Is Preferred.
Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
