Bilingual - Remote RN Care Manager - NYS Medicare Advantage Plan

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for Bilingual RN Care Managers for Medicare Advantage Plan & DSNP Case Management for NYS Members. Qualified candidates MUST have prior Medicare Advantage Plan RN Care Management experience or NYS D-SNP programs. Position is Fully Remote, doing telephonic Case Management. Must have active NYS RN License. Bilingual Spanish and / or Bilingual Chinese / Mandarin / English, required.

RN Care Manager Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Supervisor of care management, this position will provide telephonic case management to our members including medical, social, psychological, physical and spiritual needs by developing, implementing and monitoring the member's care plan in conjunction with the PCP, caregivers and other team members in order to help meet the member's needs. managed care nurse, managed care rn, nursing, rn, nurse, care management

Qualifications:

• NYS RN license required
• CCM preferred
• At least 1+ years of RN experience as RN Care Manager in Medicare Advantage Plan, D-SNP Managed Care is required
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Bilingual Chinese / Mandarin/ English, Required
• Prior experience in an interdisciplinary service delivery environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Excellent Salary based on relative experience and great Benefits! $100,000 - 105,000
