The District LPAC auditor will audit LPACs to ensure state and federal compliance, confirm compliance required documentation in DMAC and assist with BE/ESL program data entry.
Qualifications
Education/Certification: Must Meet one of the following:
A High School Diploma and 48 hours of higher education
An Associate’s degree or above
Successful completion of the THEA or other appropriate examination or core academic ability
Successful completion of the Paraprofessional Educator course provided by Master Teacher
Successful completion of Training of Paraprofessionals provided by Regional Service Centers
ESL or Bilingual preferred, but not required
Experience
6+ months of experience working for Public or Private School. (preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
Ability to use computers proficiently for word processing, spreadsheets, and record-keeping
Ability to use Google Suite
Ability to work collaboratively
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Responsibilities And Duties
Learn DMAC LPAC module
Learn Skyward Q SIS Special Programs module
Monitor LPACs for compliance
Verify that LPAC documents have been uploaded for students
BE/ESL Program data entry on DMAC and Skyward Q SIS
Communicate with ESL Coordinators, Campus Directors, LPAC Facilitators, to meet compliance requirements
Manage Google Drive
Maintain accurate records of activities and results of efforts
Attend mandatory staff development training to perform job functions and improve LPAC compliance

Must maintain emotional control and exercise reasoning and problem solving skills while under stress.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
Must be able to interpret procedures and analyze data for decision-making.
