Responsibilities and Duties:
Accompany the Client Relations Director and office staff to local community events to recruit Direct Care Workers.
Assist with onboarding multilingual Direct Care workers.
Assist with onboarding multilingual consumers.
Answer phones in a positive energetic manner and translate when necessary
Translate in the community when necessary.
Provide great customer service in the office and community
Work with the team in the office to handle multilingual consumer complaints/grievances
Handle all necessary documentation required for onboarding new clients and staff

Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish)
High school diploma preferred.
Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
