Responsibilities
5+ years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on health and wellness programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on health and wellness program design and execution within a mid to large size corporation

This role can be based at our corporate offices either in Bloomington or Marshall, MN.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and development of innovative health and wellness programs aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program development and execution.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the competitive positioning of our health and wellness programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to drive program innovation and excellence.
- Ensure all programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, with a focus on the Affordable Care Act and ERISA.
- Analyze health and wellness data to identify cost drivers and opportunities for program development and improvement.
- Provide timely, actionable insights and reporting on healthcare costs, trends, utilization, and wellness participation.
- Act as a key liaison with internal partners such as legal, finance, and payroll to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including service level agreements, negotiations, and the annual renewal process.
5+ years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on health and wellness programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on health and wellness program design and execution within a mid to large size corporation
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and other relevant regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to ethical standards.
