We are seeking a communicative and detail-oriented Retirement Administrator to join the Benefits team of a global organization headquartered in Denver, CO. You will be responsible for the daily management of U.S. and Canadian retirement plans, ensuring full compliance with local, provincial, and national laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Handling reconciliation and processing of employee and employer contributions for RRSP, DCPP, SERP, and DB plans
Conducting internal audits to preempt employee data issues and prevent errors in retirement plan deductions
Addressing employee inquiries on retirement-related matters
Managing enrollments for pre-65 retiree medical plans and post-65 HRA plans, as well as processing changes to Retiree Medical premium deductions
Troubleshooting retirement issues and providing recommendations for resolutions.
Timely funding of employee and employer contributions
Participating in annual audits for plans requiring internal/external scrutiny
Ensuring ongoing compliance of all programs through diligent tracking and facilitating necessary process changes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and proposing process enhancements as needed
Requirements
3+ years of experience with U.S. and/or Canadian retirement plans
Understanding of U.S. and Canadian retirement plan contribution function, regulations, and legislation
Bachelor’s Degree in HR is preferred
Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills

Location: Denver, CO
Hybrid Schedule: This role will primarily be remote with occasional on-site requirements (typically 1 day per week). This position could be fully remote for the right candidate if they are located out-of-state!
Pay: $40
Hours: 9am-4pm MST (with some flexibility)
