Our organization, American Income Life Philip Prata Organization, is looking for a Remote Sales Consultant who is searching for an opportunity to help our union members protect their families. AIL is one of the nation's significant providers of supplemental life insurance to labor unions, credit unions, and associations. We cover more than 2 million policyholders and represents more than $130 million in annual insurance product sales. AIL's growth is sustained through high customer satisfaction, innovative lead programs, customer referrals, and a competitive compensation program. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services.
The ideal candidate is results-driven and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate, promote, and sell AIL's products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers
Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with clients to close sales and promote customer retention
Meet and exceed Objectives- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition
Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system
Respond to client request for coverages while representing their best interests
Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies

GED (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred)
