Benefits Manager
Our client is a prestigious law firm located in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Drive benefits programs grounded in competitive practice and operational excellence that support attracting and retaining a talented and engaged workforce.
- Partner with Finance on the benefits budget and forecast.
- Evaluate administrative costs and pricing of benefits and recommend strategies to provide competitive and cost-effective offerings.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals with vendors.
- Develop compelling communication plans and programs to ensure employees have a clear understanding of the company’s benefits and wellness offerings and drive participation and awareness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Benefits management experience.
- Law firm experience is a plus, professional services experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Skilled collaborator, managing partnerships with vendors, internal stakeholders and outside consultants to achieve results.
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.
The annual base salary range is $135k to $165k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
