In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to corporate benefits, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes. This role involves coordinating with team members, managing
basic requests, maintaining records, and supporting various benefit-related functions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage invoices and track payments for health & welfare and retirement plans.
- Support leave administration processes.
- Upload and track benefit-related data in benefit enrollment and other systems.
- Prepare reports on demographic and benefits-related data.
- Assist with system testing and data analysis.
- Monitor and manage the team's benefit mailbox and assist with responding to requests.
- Proofread benefit communications and mailings.
- Liaise with plan recordkeepers, vendors, consultants, Payroll, Treasury, HR Technology and People Services.
- Coordinate large meetings with vendors and others.
- Other benefits tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in benefits administration or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment with a focus on confidentiality.
- System experience with Alight, Fidelity, Success Factors and/or SAP is a plus.
- Hours of work are 8:00 – 5:00 with some flexibility. Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule to include 3 days in the office and 2 days remote on a regular basis.
