Top Boston boutique consulting firm seeks Payroll and Benefits Administrator. As a key member of the HR team, this role is responsible for a payroll of up to 200 for staff level employees and the executive team. While the majority of employees are Boston based there are some out of state and therefore multi-state payroll experience is a preference. This role will also be responsible for general benefits administration including enrollments, benefits changes, handling employee inquiries and more. Previous experience in professional services and ADP strongly preferred. Our clients offers an amazing employee-centric environment and excellent work/life balance. This is a hybrid role.
