Position Title: Benefits Analyst


Position Location: Conshohocken, PA


Position Reports To: Employee Benefits Operations Leader


Position Summary: The Benefits Analyst will support our clients and Account Executive teams through renewal compliance, benefit enrollment processing, and claims and billing resolution.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support account teams by processing and filing Insurance Operations (IO) compliance documents into the agency management system for renewals and new business.
  • Assist with client specific projects as needed, including preparing annual enrollment materials and reports.
  • Collaborate with account teams to process client requests for benefit eligibility changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients’ employee membership by researching and resolving benefit inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance within our agency management system in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Successfully navigate various insurance carrier portals and agency management systems to provide client support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to develop employee benefits coverage and marketplace knowledge.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1+ year work experience
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
