We are seeking a Business Enterprise Integration (BEI) Sr. Consultant to join our program supporting Army FIAR. Specific roles/responsibilities include collaborating with multiple workstreams to generate, review, and staff financial policies. The team member will review existing policies and procedures ensuring relevance and compliance with any new regulation changes. Furthermore, the team member will facilitate the coordination and dissemination of financial policies across the organization, ensuring that respective parties are informed. The team member must also support the researching and formulation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) when responding to internal and external audit findings. Overall, the role is multifaceted and requires a blend of policy knowledge, compliance expertise, collaborative skills, and a strong foundation in financial and accounting practices. The team member must be able to navigate complex financial systems, work with a variety of stakeholders, and contribute to the organization's financial health and accountability.

Required Skills/Experience
- Active Secret security clearance (Interim OK)
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
- 6 years of experience with federal financial management, and 4 years of federal accounting experience
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve a common goal, have strong technical writing, and analytical skills to understand processes and financial data, and strong communication skills to clearly present issues, ask productive questions, and explain strategy and remediation efforts.
- Must also have (1) Finance/govt accounting background, (2) Strong writing/presenting Skills, (3) Understanding of overarching laws/regulation/guidance.
- Prior professional experience supporting DoD entities, Army strongly preferred
