Provides person-centered and empathetic care, evaluates psychosocial needs, uses brief interventions and evidence-based practices to enhance the individual's function and emotional wellbeing. May provide counseling, psychoeducation, and access to appropriate and agreed upon services. Working within a multidisciplinary team, adheres to established standards of care.
Required Qualifications
Require a master's degree in psychiatric related field.
Require Florida licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) with a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience may substitute for required license.
Require a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in psychiatric related setting.
Require the ability to obtain a level 2 AHCA clearance.
