About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Specialist to a psychiatric facility located in Danvers, MA
They provide comprehensive services to adults
Supervised by the RN and LPN, you will assist them in providing direct care treatment plus de-escalation and restraint when necessary
Behavioral Health Specialist Responsibilities
providing activity of daily living to adults with disabilities
Documenting patient's behavioral issues
restraint and de-escalation when needed
Behavioral Health Specialist Qualifications
Must have prior Direct Care experience or experience with ADLs
Must be CPR certified or willing to get the certification
Mental Health or psychiatric experience is required including restraint and de-escalation
Compassionate and patient
