We are seeking a dedicated Analyst, Care Associate specializing in Behavioral Health to join our team. In this role, you will provide invaluable support to our clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of optimal care to our members.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting members in locating essential services.
Facilitating follow-up calls to ensure continuity of care.
Completing benefit determinations for outpatient services.
Participating in reporting activities, including data collection, analysis, and preparation.
Collaborating closely with clinicians to provide comprehensive support.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Healthcare or Medical Office settings.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in Behavioral Health, specifically working with mental health populations.
Proficiency in effective communication, handling service challenges, and promoting organizational excellence.
Education
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is between $19.52 - $42.91 per hour.
