Job Role Summary
The Clinician at Eskenazi Health performs individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities
Embrace the Recovery Model and practice techniques like AIDET and motivational interviewing
Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations and develop integrated diagnostic summaries and clinical treatment plans
Deliver individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions based on competency levels
Provide quality case management services and monitor client progress through accurate clinical documentation
Engage with community resources and assist clients in accessing them
Advocate for clients to ensure access to necessary services and develop community relationships
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of activities and reports
Requirements
Master's degree in a Human Services field
Candidates with a Master's in Social Work must hold a Licensed Social Work (LSW) and be working towards a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
Specific credentials required for working in the Opioid Treatment Program
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to implement a strengths-based, community treatment model
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Solid knowledge of psychiatric/addiction diagnoses and treatments
Willingness to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Crisis intervention skills and ability to apply complex directives and regulations
