About the Position: Under immediate to general supervision this position provides clinical services to children on an individual, group, and family basis in the office and in community setting; provides direct care services, supportive counseling, case management referring, linking and advocating for other services to enable clients to function in the community and avoid hospitalization. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and use of electronic medical records preferred.

Minimum Qualifications And Experience
Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II
Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and
One (1) year of experience in professional case management behavioral health services
OR
A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and
Two (2) years of professional experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
Behavioral Health Case Manager II
Completion of the curriculum requirements for a baccalaureate degree in a behavioral health field
Offer of employment is conditional on becoming a certified CM II within 6 months
Special Requirements
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
