Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in our clinical environment
Collect data to monitor progress and the effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan, utilizing data collection software like Central Reach
Provide hands-on, direct care while following the principles of ABA
Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices both on and off the job
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
Attend meetings, training, and workshops to acquire further knowledge

Passionate about working with children with autism and have a growth mindset for themselves and the children they work with
Believe in the value of teamwork and understand how it affects both you and the clients
Kind, compassionate, and have a desire to learn
Able to work around both younger and older clients
Have a passion and desire to explore ABA
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (required) or a bachelor's degree in psychology or related field (preferred but not required)
Minimum Requirements
Successful background clearance and reference checks
Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disorders and/or delays
Ability to remain calm and neutral in challenging situations with clients
Desire to learn more about autism and how to help our clients
Reliable means of transportation
Ability to stand and stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and lift the weight of up to 50 pounds
Current and valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
Current RBTs encouraged to apply
