About the Role:


We're thrilled to offer an exclusive opportunity for passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) practicing ABA in the Columbia, MD area.


Responsibilities:


In this impactful role as a BCBA, you'll be responsible for clinical assessments, goal setting, treatment planning, data analysis, direct services, family support, school collaborations, and more. If you're a Behavior Analyst with a positive attitude, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to make a meaningful difference in children's lives, we invite you to be part of our team!


Qualifications:


BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs in school in an ABA program welcome to apply!


Pay range and compensation package:


$80,000+
