The Head Bass Fishing Coach will oversee all responsibilities associated with the organization, administration, and implementation of the Lander University Club Fishing program.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Competitive fishing experience is required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.
Additional Comments
Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration. Knowledge of institutional rules and regulations. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of competitive fishing. Must have good communication skills and have ability to develop good rapport with students, parents and staff. Must be able to actively recruit incoming freshman to meet required targeted enrollment goals.
