General Function - Under the supervision of the Activities Director, the Basketball referee is responsible for officiating basketball games for the American Family Fitness Basketball League.
Job Requirements - Must complete any mandatory staff trainings held. Must be CPR and First Aid certified or complete certification within first two months of employment. Employee will be required to pass National Background check in order to work in the program. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have reasonable knowledge of the game of basketball with an emphasis on the rules specific to VHSL. Must be able to demonstrate ability to work well with others and the ability to control all aspects of the basketball game. Must be in reasonably good physical condition and be able to work extended periods of time on his/her feet
