Position Summary

An Andretti Bartender isresponsible for anticipating guest needsand exceeding guest service expectations, all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and respondto Guests in a friendly and positive manner
• Greet Guests and takeorders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding Guests expectations
• Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks, pour wine and beerquickly andaccuratelywithout waste
• Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards
• Collect payment for all items purchased and consumed, and operatethe Point of Sale system with ease
• Count cash drawer at the beginning of the shift for accuracy and to ensure adequate amount of change is present
• Maintain an organized work area and proactivelycleanand resettables
• Order and maintainliquor and bar supplies, display bottles in an aesthetically pleasing manner
• Properly disposeof broken glassware
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance to local health regulations
• Sufficiently handleand accurately countmoney
• Check identification of any guest consuming alcohol
• Follow all state and company guidelines regarding beverage services
• Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence
• Assistwith Guest recovery and notifymanager to ensure positive Guest experiences
• Communicateclearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers

• Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, products, policies, and procedures
• Communicateclearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers
• PerformOpening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned
• Prior guest service or hospitalityexperience is preferred

Skills & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
• Work varying days, nights, holidays and weekends

• Walk or stand for extendedperiods of time
