Seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations, managing staff, and working with the owners directly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The bar manager/bartender will also be the lead bartender clocking at least 40hr per week or more. This is a new restaurant in the heart of Miller Beach that is expected to have high numbers. Indoor seating for approximately 80 and an outdoor patio of another 50. A bonus structure reflecting sales and profits will be offered.
