Job Summary

The Bar Manager will play a pivotal role in setting high standards of service and professionalism, as well as assisting with the development of our cocktail and wine program. The Manager is often responsible for ordering, inventory, scheduling and labor management.

Strong applicants will have a desire to share their knowledge as well as build upon what they already possess.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow their understanding of the financial aspect of the

business, overseeing P&L and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of Hosts, Servers, Bartenders
• Create and maintain positive Restaurant culture
• Bar Menu/Recipe Development
• Great understanding of Service models
• Create and maintain Organizational Systems
• Expediting/Service Management
• Weekly Inventory Management
• Ordering/Receiving
• Develop and manage Beverage program
• Labor Management
• Maintain Bar Cost
• Oversee Hiring and Scheduling for FOH
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Two years of experience preferred
• Full command of all FOH positions
• Passion for training and development of staff
• Competent Cash Handling Skills
• The ability to work nights and weekends
• The ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
• Needs to need be able to lift 50 lbs or more

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
