Job Duties

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar service staff
• Oversee beverage and supply inventories
• Order product and supplies weekly
• Ensure all drinks are prepared per standardized recipes and presentation standards
• Resolve any beverage quality and service complaints
• Implement standards for employee performance and guest service
• Ensure the safety of restaurant staff and guests
• Oversee the day to day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure beverage product is stored safely and rotated
• Maintain records, such as personnel records, income/expense reports, meal counts
• Ensure that the dining room and bars are clean
