Duties:
Spearhead strategies for beverage - night life operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution across all facets of the brand.
Inspire and guide the group’s talented teams to exceed expectations, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and relentless pursuit of perfection.
Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand, contributing to the development and execution of bold strategic plans.
Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence by maintaining uncompromising standards in service, cuisine, and ambiance.
Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring the highest quality ingredients and services while optimizing costs.
Collaborate with the executive team to explore untapped markets and groundbreaking opportunities, propelling the brand to new heights.
Conduct regular performance analysis and financial reviews to identify areas for improvement, optimize resource allocation, and ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies at all levels of operation.
Champion a customer-centric approach, seeking and analyzing feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
Implement training programs for staff at all levels, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Bar & Service Operations or equivalent role in an upscale/fine dining setting with volume expereince above 10 Million in beverage sales
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field of study
Willingness to travel for opening new locations
Unmatched understanding of restaurant ops, financial management, and business development.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
