We're seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to lead our upcoming Washington, DC location. As the inaugural bar leader, you will shape our beverage program from the ground up and potentially influence future venues nationwide. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll oversee all aspects of our liquor, beer, and wine offerings while ensuring a top-tier gaming and hospitality experience.

As Bar Manager, you will:

- Supervise daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of our unique F1 Arcade experience.

- Drive marketing initiatives, promotions, private events, and race watch parties.

- Develop and lead the beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and service innovation.

- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to maximize profitability.

- Create and manage bar schedules, optimizing staffing for regular operations and private events.

- Conduct performance coaching and development sessions to enhance team capabilities and reduce turnover.

- Uphold company standards in crisis management, cash handling, and operational efficiency.

- Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage quality through regular inspections and tastings.

- Collaborate with senior management to establish best practices and operational benchmarks.

Position Requirements:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience in high-volume restaurants or entertainment venues, demonstrating a proven track record in bar management, including expertise in mixed beverage cocktails. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, with a dedication to team development and mentorship. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer skills and financial acumen is crucial and while a background in hospitality management education isn't mandatory, it's the checkered flag on showcasing your commitment to excellence in every aspect of our industry.
