Key Responsibilities

• Set up tables and stations for various events, ensuring all set ups meet company standards. This includes arranging linens, china, flatware, and decorations according to the specified layout.
• Serve meals, appetizers, desserts and beverages with professionalism. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu in order to answer guest inquiries and effectively accommodate special requests.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests to ensure their satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Greet guests upon arrival and engage with them to enhance their event experience.
• Clear tables promptly after service, manage buffet lines as needed, and perform ballroom and storage closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of all service equipment and areas.
• Work in a cooperative manner with other team members and adhere to all company policies in order to provide a seamless service experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server or in a similar role in the hospitality or food service industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of standing, walking and lifting throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends, according to event schedule.

Pay Rate: $15 in hour + tips
