DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Downtown is a full-service hotel located in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. Role Description
We are seeking an energentic, and well-organized banquet manager to provide our customers with a first-class banquet experience. As a banquet manager, you will work with the banquet sales director and the head chef to meet customer expectations. Your duties will include controlling the cost and the quality of services, preparing the venue, and coordinating the service of meals.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
Experience in Food & Beverage operations and management
Experience managing a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge of banquet and event management software is a plus
Hospitality or related degree is preferred
